Higantes Festival 2025
The Higantes Festival in Angono, Rizal is a lively celebration that pays tribute to the town’s rich artistic heritage and deep-rooted devotion to San Clemente, the patron saint of fishermen. Known as the Art Capital of the Philippines, Angono comes alive each November with towering papier-mâché giants parading through the streets, representing creativity, humor, and the vibrant spirit of its people.
One of the most anticipated highlights of the celebration is the Grande Parade happening on November 16, 2025, starting at 7:00 AM with the assembly at Angono Elementary School. Locals and visitors gather to witness colorful floats, marching bands, and the iconic giants dancing through town, turning Angono into a moving masterpiece of culture and joy.
