Manggahan Festival 2026 takes over Guimaras from May 1 to 31, celebrating the island’s world famous mangoes, local culture, and thriving tourism scene. First launched on May 22, 1993, the festival was created to highlight the livelihood, traditions, and products that make Guimaras one of the country’s most recognized island destinations.
One of the biggest crowd favorites is the Mango Eat All You Can experience, where visitors can enjoy unlimited servings of Guimaras’ sweet mangoes. The month long celebration also features colorful cultural street dance performances, an agri tourism trade fair filled with local products and handicrafts, and a mango inspired food festival that shows just how versatile the island’s most famous fruit can be.
Beyond the food and performances, guests can also join sports events like bike festivals, marathons, and other recreational activities held throughout the month. From fresh mango treats to lively cultural showcases, Manggahan Festival remains one of the most anticipated celebrations in Western Visayas every May.
